BR15144 半袖シャツ slightly wider DK39451 119 S Pure Blue Japan with the weft yarn Color:Black(090) slightly wider M 1943フィールドジャケットは冬季に備え、防寒用ライナーを着用するレイヤーシステムを採り入れた。ライナーの裏地には保温性のあるアルパカウールパイルが用いられ、M 43ジャケット以外に各種パーカーのライナーとしても着用された。このレイヤーシステムのM 43フィールドジャケットは、その後のジャケットの方向性を大きく変えていく程の影響力があった。採用された第二次大戦中ではこのライナーを単独で着用することは認められていなかったが、朝鮮戦争では旧式となったためか単体で着用されたことが写真に記録として残されている。M 43で採用された組み合わせ式のレイヤーシステムは現在の民間アウトドア衣料においても多大な影響を与えている。
